For Spain, Portugal, Italy, Brazil, African countries and Canada there's a possibility that package arrive delayed.
Some package might arrive delayed due to logistics or high demand especially on the holiday season.
Due to COVID-19 delivery claim is extended to 180 days.
2. APO/FPO/DPO Shipping
Please provide us a detailed and correct shipping address including phone number and postcode, so that we can deliver your order successfully.
Currently, P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) will not be accepted.
Please note that customers will be responsible for the shipping cost back to us if the package fails to deliver due to wrong / incomplete shipping address or unable to reach the addressee or if you refuse the package. Your cooperation will be much appreciated.
3. Ship Separately
In order for our customer to get the items as fast as possible, we might ship items separately. Items which are ready first will be shipped first then the other items.

Buy more to save on shipping. Shipping will be calculated based on weight at the checkout page. We ship worldwide. However due to some postal restrictions, we can't ship to several countries below:

5. Express shipping & Customs Duty etc.
You can choose Express shipping and If it is very urgent, please Contact us and let us know on which day you must receive your item, we will do our best.
Generally, there are no extra taxes for your order, since every country has enough tax-exempt amount for normal personal shopping. Please consider, there may be subject to customs duties once order over a certain amount (about $200 - $300+).
Please note that import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. Buyers are responsible for these charges. Please check your local customs laws before ordering to determine what these additional costs will be.
Please understand that if your country has strict customs regulations, the shipment could take a longer time. Please contact your local post office first if your item is arriving late. Delivery time can also take a long time on peak seasons or holidays, including national holidays.
6. Tracking for the parcel
We will send an email once the package has been shipped out and normally about 1-2 days later we will send you a tracking number via email again. Please click on the tracking number on your email to check on the shipment progress.
If you did not receive them after one week, Please check your spam folder. You can also track your order on the "Track my order" page on the bottom of the website.
