Fansu (sweet potato in Chinese) was unwanted by his first owner who thought he was growing too fast and too big at 4 months old. Then we took him in and have been with him since.
Bodhi was from a breeder. He was the only surviving pup in the litter because the breeder wasn’t around when the mother gave birth and the other adult dogs thought the new horns were toys and they killed them when trying to play with them. When the mother gave birth to Bodhi(who was the last from the litter) she took him with her and hid somewhere until the breeder got back. Bodhi had always been with adult dogs (since his siblings were all dead) and with such bad living environment (outdoor in cages) I decided to foster Bodhi until someone wanted to give him a home. Fansu first met Bodhi and already showed him a lot of love and they got on so well - fansu never liked any of the foster puppies we helped before. So after some consideration, we decided to be bodhi’s forever home. The name Bodhi means enlightenment and awakening. He is a survivor.
